Pre-sales takes a week. Customers decide in minutes.
AV pre-sales is repetitive work — speakers, displays, wiring, install hours — but every project still gets rebuilt from scratch. Your engineer is the bottleneck. Sales waits days for a number. The customer reads it in five minutes and disappears.
- Day 1–3 Walkthrough, engineer pulls catalog, sets quantities
- Day 4 Reformat spreadsheet, estimate labor, write the proposal doc
- Day 5 Send to customer
- +5 min "We’ll think about it."
- 11:30 Walkthrough — open the right template
- 11:42 Calculator runs, BOM populated, proposal link sent
- 12:14 Customer adjusts numbers, signs the revision
Three roles. One workflow.
Salengy splits the work the way it actually splits in a healthy AV shop: engineers set up the rules once, sales runs them, customers sign off in their browser.

Build the library, once.
Engineers set up the templates, catalog, and calculation logic — speakers, displays, wiring, install hours. The rules are captured in attributes that cascade across every project.

Run any project in minutes.
Sales opens a template and fills in a calculator. The logic engine does the math — BOMs, labor, misc charges, taxes. No spreadsheet, no engineer waiting in the loop.

Customer reads, adjusts, signs.
Send one link. The customer opens the proposal in their browser, tweaks numbers in real time, chats with you in-context, and signs the revision when they're ready.
One catalog. Every template. Reused forever.
Set up your catalog once with the products you actually sell — speakers, displays, wiring, mounts, control gear. Each product carries part number, specs, price, cost, and labor hours. Bundle them into price packages, attach packages to options, group options into templates, and the same library powers every project from then on.
- Price packages — fixed-price or sum-of-products. Swap parts without rebuilding the option.
- Labor presets — percentage, hourly, or mixed. Set once, applied everywhere.
- Catalog updates flow through — change a price once, every active project picks it up.
The calculator that does the engineering.
Every option carries its own logic — when to enable, what quantity, which package, which attributes to write back. Project-wide attributes cascade until the calculation converges. Section replication handles per-room or per-zone differences without duplicating templates.
- Attributes let one input drive every related quantity — engineers encode the rule once, sales never touches the math.
- Iterative resolution — when one option's quantity affects another, the engine keeps recalculating until the project is stable.
- Misc charges & taxes apply on equipment, labor, and labor hours independently. Per project, per section.
When the customer picks one thing, the rest follows.
Templates carry their own logic. Sections appear when a toggle flips. Quantities scale with attributes. Prices switch with context. Set the rule once in the designer; every project executes it.
- WhenCustomer adds TVsThenBrackets follow — quantity matches.
- WhenHome square footage is setThenAccess-point count scales to fit.
- WhenA section toggles offThenEvery option depending on it disappears, prices update, the BOM stays consistent.
Used to live as a tree of attributes you manipulated by hand. Now it's a graph — every connection visible at once, every dependency traceable in one click.
Send a link. Watch them sign in their browser.
Every project becomes a single shareable report — cover, summary, sections, line items, totals. Customers open it in their browser, chat with you behind the Feedback button, download a PDF if records need one, and sign the revision when they're ready.
Live, in their browser
The proposal stays in sync with whatever you change on your side. No chasing stale email attachments.
Sign + download from one page
Customer signs the revision in their browser and downloads a PDF when finance or records need one.
Chat behind the Feedback button
Customer hits Feedback and a thread opens — tied to the revision. Replies show up in the project view and your inbox. Same conversation, both places.
A template library you don't have to start from scratch.
We seed the Warehouse with templates for the projects most AV integrators run every week — whole-home audio, theaters, CCTV, outdoor zones, control. You drop them into your account, swap in your catalog and pricing, and you're shipping proposals the same day.
- Seed it — start from a real template, don't reverse-engineer one from a PDF.
- Request what you need — don't see your project shape? We'll build it for you and add it to the library.
- It grows with the community — every requested template benefits the next integrator who needs it.

One AV integrator. Two years.
A real number.
Salengy has been running in production with our anchor integrator for two years. Every working day, real proposals go out, real deals close. Below is the only number we publish — because it's the only one we can fully verify.
The honest FAQ.
How much does Salengy cost?
Pilot pricing is $100 per seat. Registration is free — explore the product, build templates, and try the calculator without paying. The seat fee kicks in when you commit to the pilot. The Range calc demo is open to anyone, no signup.
Who actually uses it day-to-day?
Inside each AV shop, a couple of engineers or system designers set up the templates, catalog, and calculation rules. The sales team uses Salengy daily to build and send proposals — without needing to understand the underlying logic.
How long does setup take?
A few days to a week of focused work for a typical AV integrator. Seeding from a Warehouse template shortens it, and we help you on a call when you start.
What happens to my project data? Can I export it?
Your data is yours. Every project, catalog item, and revision can be exported. We are also building an export path so projects pick up cleanly in whatever you use for engineering after the deal closes.
Where does Salengy run? Is it secure?
Salengy runs in the United States. Each customer account is isolated. Sign-in requires email confirmation — registration stays low-friction, account access stays tight.
I have a project that does not match the seeded templates. What now?
Tell us about it. We build the template for you, ship it to your account, and add a generalized version to the Warehouse — so the next integrator with the same need finds it ready. (A direct contact channel is coming; for now, mention it during onboarding.)
